Three very short years ago, at 1:01pm after a smooth pregnancy and life-changing delivery, we became a family when our sweet Jack entered our world. I am amazed how much this angel child has changed our perspective on so many things and made us so grateful for the small things in life. His catch phrases and tender smile and precious hugs light up my world.
Sadly, his party got rained out on Saturday, but we had family over to celebrate. We went in with Margo to get Jack this playset that he affectionately call his "castle".
We rented the inflatable (same as last year), so when it FINALLY stopped raining, we put it up for a few hours to let Jack and Bella (Marleea's niece) to play in it.
We had a HUGE superhero cake that we barely put a dent in, but Jack quickly showed it off to everyone who came over. Then we opened up a few gifts that Jack, of course, thoroughly enjoyed! It turned out not-so-bad for a rained out party!
What a precious 3-year old you have! I am so sorry his party got rained out on Saturday. It looked like it was a success, even though it got cancelled. Happy Birthday to Jack!
