Our good friend, Lynnsay Macey, was in town and wanting to build up her portfolio, so she offered to take some photos of the family for us. Growing up, Lynnsay was like another little sister/cousin to me. It's been really fun getting to hang out together as married adults. Her hubby, HB, is super fun and gets along well with Jeremy. If only we could get them back to the Temple area!
We took the photos on a Sunday morning that they were visiting, and we'd all stayed up late the night before. We selfishly kept pushing back the time to meet because we wanted to sleep in...hence the sun in our eyes in this first photo. Nevertheless, Lynnsay's talent shines through.
I am so thankful for my family. The Lord knows exactly what we need and my family has really rounded me out. Jeremy is so sweet to watch with the kids and he knows how to mellow me out and make sure we have fun and aren't all business. Jack is so sweet about telling me that I look pretty and gives me precious hugs and kisses. Ryleigh makes me laugh with her independent ways and yet such tender moments when she asks me to sit and cuddle with her. Thank you Lord for my precious blessings!
